"The craftsman has the 'art' of something not easily replicable"
DESIGN - MODEL CREATION - MOLD REALIZATION
For Ranieri International, designing a boat means defining technical characteristics, materials, aesthetics and commercial positioning in an integrated way, starting from the concept of Family Brand. Nothing is left to chance: every detail is studied to optimize performance, comfort, style and integration into the production process.
Design and engineering are the most complex phases, in which stylistic, technical and commercial requirements are combined with new technologies.
Once the project is defined, a full-scale model is created in composite materials, identical to the final boat and fundamental for mold creation. The latter represents the definitive imprint for series production and is made with specific materials and processes, similar to those of the finished boat.
LAMINATION OF HULL, DECK AND COMPONENTS
Optimizing material performance requires rigorous planning of processes and production environments with controlled temperature and humidity. The molding phase is particularly delicate due to the complex shapes, the hull with Hull Innovative System and the monocoque deck system Fully Developed Cockpit System, and requires highly qualified labor.
In the dedicated lamination department, components are made with extreme care already in the mold, through an integrated and supervised process. After stratification, the parts are prepared for assembly, also taking care of all areas that will no longer be accessible.
Attention to detail also concerns invisible parts: anti-osmosis treatments, careful preparation of systems and connection of steel components to the grounding system, to ensure durability over time.
Hull-deck assembly has been perfected with the Cockpit Shock Absorber, an exclusive technique that improves bonding, stress absorption and navigation comfort. Even the smallest details, such as protecting rivets from galvanic currents, are handled with maximum attention.
SYSTEMS: ELECTRICAL - HYDRAULIC AND BLACK WATER - FUEL
Ranieri International has always adopted the highest safety standards, anticipating the entry into force of European regulation 2013/53EU. All electrical systems are made internally by specialized technicians, wired and protected according to maximum safety criteria, with watertight components, tinned connections and identifiable cables for simple and precise maintenance.
Water systems are designed to optimize space and weight, with counter-molded tanks that improve load distribution and accessibility. Toilets, when present, comply with current regulations with black water collection systems and preparation for discharge in equipped ports.
The fuel system is also carefully designed in every detail and compliant with international regulations, with technical solutions that guarantee safety, reliability and control in every condition of use.
FULLY - DEVELOPED COCKPIT SYSTEM
The Fully-Developed Cockpit System is a monocoque deck system introduced by Ranieri International in 2001 and subsequently adopted also on the Cayman line. The technique involves the realization in a single mold of deck, cabin floor, technical compartments and lockers, with the objective of optimizing production processes.
Integrated stratification eliminates the use of adhesives, reduces noise and vibrations and makes the structure more solid, light and elastic. The result is a deck already finished when extracted from the mold, without the need for subsequent work, with evident advantages in terms of quality, production times and finish.
This system also allows perfect optimization of living and technical spaces, correct weight distribution and overall improvement of stability, comfort and safety in navigation.
Cockpit Shock Absorber
BY RANIERI INTERNATIONAL
With the objective of guaranteeing comfort and safety in every sea condition, Ranieri International combines the study of waterlines and the development of the H.I.S. system with new technologies, materials and production techniques. In this context, the C.S.A. (Cockpit Shock Absorber) was born, an exclusive hull-deck assembly system that creates elastic absorption elements between components, improving comfort and navigation behavior.

This technique improves bonding making hull and deck integral but at the same time elastic, capable of following wave motion and attenuating stresses generated by waves, benefiting navigation comfort.
The C.S.A., developed by Ranieri International during its experience, absorbs most vibrations and reduces resonance phenomena between hull and deck, also contributing to a significant reduction in noise.
HULL INNOVATIVE SYSTEM
Ranieri International’s philosophy aims for a constant balance between maximum performance, high comfort and optimized consumption. This approach guides every project, with concrete attention to customer needs both aesthetic and functional, guaranteeing quality and comfort in every condition of use.
Technological research, particularly on the hull, has value only if it produces real improvements, without following passing trends. Consistent with this vision, the company has adopted the Redan (or Step) on all models for years, obtaining greater stability, performance, comfort and safety, and offering boats with high quality and technology.
High pressure - High Fashion
BY RANIERI INTERNATIONAL
The H.I.S. (Hull Innovative System) is a hull developed by Ranieri International that combines the advantages of flat bottom and V-hull, reducing their limitations.
It uses one or more redans that ventilate the bottom creating an air-water cushion, reducing friction without losing lift.
The result is faster planing, greater stability and directional control, less porpoising and better performance with lower consumption, even in rough seas.
Hull Innovative System Generation II
BY RANIERI INTERNATIONAL
The H.I.S. Generation II was created to respond to the increase in size, power and speed of modern boats, which involve greater fluid dynamic resistance. Thanks to the experience gained, Ranieri International has developed a new hull with greater ventilation under the hull.
The main innovation is the double redan (Twin Air Step System), with redesigned air intakes that improve trim, comfort, performance and consumption. Convinced of the system’s effectiveness, the company has extended it to the entire range, offering highly performing hulls even on medium-small sized boats.
Hull Innovative System Generation III
BY RANIERI INTERNATIONAL
With the third generation H.I.S., Ranieri International takes the concept of ventilated hull to a higher level. Starting from the experience gained with previous generations, the H.I.S. Gen III has been designed to offer even higher performance and significantly superior stability, even at sustained speeds and in rough seas. The evolution concerns the optimization of flows under the hull, with even more efficient air management and more uniform pressure distribution. The result is a further reduction in hydrodynamic resistance, a more neutral and predictable trim and superior control in all navigation conditions. Thanks to H.I.S. Generation III, performance, comfort and safety are no longer a compromise, but an objective achieved concretely, confirming the Ranieri International approach to designing high-technology hulls.
